INCLUDED AS A GIFT, is an easy to download PDF and video of a morning stretch/ breath routine I called Exercise for Life or Cup of Chi. I developed this sequence 30 years ago and updated it in 2013. It can be done in under 7 minutes and moves every major joint in the body. I drew from my training in dance, tai chi, chi cong and Tibetan yoga to create the sequence. Honestly, from tracking sales and the gifting of the tape at the office, I believe thousands of folks use this routines a morning stretch routine. It’s a great morning physical and breath ritual. It has stood up to the test of time.
